EVENT DETAILS

Date: Sunday May 18th, 2025
Location: Small Arms Inspection Building, 1352 Lakeshore Road East, Mississauga, ON
Time: 12-6 PM (Set-up is from 10 AM - 11:30 AM latest)

COST:

  • $150 (Bring your own table and 2 chairs included)
  • $175 (One (1) 6ft table and 2 chairs included).
  • *PLEASE NOTE: Tablecloths and linens are not provided. Table quantity is limited.

    • TERMS & CONDITIONS:

    By agreeing to be a vendor, you must comply with the following terms and conditions: - I acknowledge that I must be present for the entire duration of the market (12-6 PM), and tear down can only begin 6 PM until 9 PM.
    - I acknowledge that all belongings, and supplies must go behind or under my table and will not block pathways for attendees and other vendors.
    - I acknowledge that the organizers and event staff are not responsible for the sales or profit of my business.
    - It is the vendor's responsibility to obtain vendor insurance for the event. CIBWE is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen properties.
    - I acknowledge that booth sharing is not allowed and CIBWE has the right to immediately remove vendors that do not comply with our terms and conditions
    - All participating vendors are expected post and share marketing materials that we may provide (flyers, market promo, reposting of &nsp; &nsp; &reels etc.) to ensure the collective success of the event.
    - Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable!
