VIP RECEPTION

• Guests receive a red carpet reception as they arrive at the Roma’s Hospitality Center
• Interaction with the keynote speaker and others special guests
• Guests are invited to proceed to the ballroom

 

 

ARRIVALS  | 6pm

• The Cocktail hour is an opportunity to meet, greet, and network before the formal dinner
• Speaker corner for special messages
• Guests are then directed to the formal dinner in the ballroom

 

GALA DINNER AND AFTER PARTY

• The Gala dinner and showcase begins at 7:30 pm
• Guests mix and mingle during the evening
• 100 black women to watch showcase
• Keynote speaker
• Entertainment
• After party where guests can mix and mingle or network until 12am

 

We are pleased to partner with The Esther Handy Children fund, a philanthropic initiative to raise funds to send young girls and boys to school in Cameroon. In memory of Esther Handy, a young lady who lost her life at 38 due to complications with HIV Aids. Esther was a nurse who dedicated her life in helping HIV positive pregnant women deliver their babies with dignity as they were often abandoned and alone because of their medical condition. While doing this work, she contracted the HIV virus that later claimed her life. She will use her small salary to help the children, buy them clothes and make sure they go to school. Although she lost her own battle to this virus, her work and compassion should never end.  The goal this year is to send 30 kids to school.
